After a couple of winners on our last round of BTTC tips, we show our punters how to earn 4 x £5 free bets for the FA Cup action this weekend.

Ladbrokes offer new customers the chance to place a £5 bet and get their hands on four £5 free bets to get their account off to the best possible start and we’re taking advantage of that offer to place some bets on this weekend’s FA Cup Third Round action.

We’re kicking off by placing a £5 bet on the early kick-off between Burnley vs Peterborough to release 4 x £5 free bets with Ladbrokes to use on the rest of the day’s FA Cup fixtures.

How does it work?

We recommend opening up an account at Ladbrokes to follow our Bet Through The Card Tips. When you open an account, deposit and place a £5 bet, you get your hands on four more free £5 bets, so you can stake £5 on all our tips despite only depositing £5 to begin with! This offer is for new customers, 18+ only and terms and conditions do apply. Just follow the steps below to get started:

  1. Go to Ladbrokes via our link
  2. Open an account, deposit £5 and use it to back our first tip below
  3. You will then receive 4x£5 free bets – which you can use to back our other four tips!

Bet One – Burnley vs Peterborough – Away win or draw

Burnley have never been a real cup team under Sean Dyche and given that recent Premier League results have dragged the Clarets into the relegation dogfight that’s beginning to develop at the bottom of the table, we think they’ll rotate and prioritise upcoming league fixtures over this cup clash. Posh are flying high towards the top of League One and will be high in confidence – they’ll look to be the second League One side to win at Turf Moor this term after Sunderland’s shock win there in the EFL Cup earlier this season.

Bet Two – Brentford vs Stoke – Home win & BTTS

Brentford have been in terrific form in the Championship of late, rising up from the depths of midtable to go into second place with a thumping away win over Bristol City last time out. The Bees have the home advantage against fellow Championship side Stoke this time around, who put five past a hapless Huddersfield outfit away from home in their last game. We see the Potters getting on the scoresheet in this one but the hosts progressing with a win.

Bet Three – Southampton vs Huddersfield – Home win & under 2.5 goals

It could be a low-scoring clash at St Mary’s Stadium. Although the Terriers have conceded a few goals of late, they will set up to keep things tight away from home against superior opposition in this one and beyond the in-form Danny Ings, Southampton aren’t exactly the most prolific attacking outfit. Under 2.5 goals have been scored in each of the Saints’ last three matches – we expect the same again and another win for Ralph Hassenhuttl’s side to boot.

Bet Four – Man City vs Port Vale – Man City -5

This could be a real mauling for lower league side Port Vale as they travel to the Etihad Stadium. Pep Guardiola has shown no mercy when overcoming lower league sides in the cup competitions in recent years and as a mid-table fourth tier side, the Valiants could be in for a very tough afternoon even if the Citizens decide to fully rotate their squad, given the back-up options available to the Spanish boss. Goals should be easy to come by for the home side here.

Bet Five – Leicester vs Wigan – Wigan +2

Wigan Athletic have great history in this cup competition, winning the trophy back in 2013 and overcoming Manchester City in a shock victory a couple of seasons ago. We’re not suggesting that they will win – or even necessarily get a draw – from this trip to the King Power, but Leicester have bigger fish to fry at the moment including their hunt for a top four finish and an EFL Cup semi-final in midweek against Aston Villa. As such, the Latics should put up a good fight in this one.

If you were to back our tips for these games with the Ladbrokes new customer offer you could come out with the following profit!

£5 on AWAY WIN OR DRAW in Burnley vs Peterborough returns £12.50
£5 free bet on HOME WIN & BTTS in Brentford vs Stoke returns £11.25*
£5 free bet on HOME WIN & UNDER 2.5 GOALS in Southampton vs Huddersfield returns £14*
£5 free bet on MAN CITY -5 in Man City vs Port Vale returns £13*
£5 free bet on WIGAN +2 in Leicester vs Wigan  returns £9*

*Free bet stake not included in returns

That could equal a total returns of £59.25 – good luck!
