Ligue 1 Winner Prediction
PSG have won the last three renewals of Ligue 1 and have only been stopped once by Lille in the previous seven years, making them almost certain for a quadruple with being 10 points clear after 21 games.
Top Four Finish Prediction
Lille are just outside of the Champions League places in Ligue 1 and represent a 6/5 shot with bet365 to crack the top four, with one of Nice or Monaco to drop out.
Relegation Team Prediction
Two teams are automatically relegated from Ligue 1 every season, with the 16th-placed club entering the relegation play-offs against the winner of the Ligue 2 play-off semi-final. Saint-Etienne were in this position last season and we expect them to be facing the prospect of a demotion into the French second tier again come May.
Golden Boot Winner Prediction
There hasn’t been much competition in the Ligue 1 top goalscorer race this season, with PSG’s Ousmane Dembele overtaking Marseille forward Mason Greenwood in the standings in mid February. The former Barcelona winger is three goals clear of his 23 year old counterpart’s tally and with PSG top of the league, it seems likely that he will claim the gong for the most goals this term.
Player of the Season Prediction
Kylian Mbappe scooped this award for his role in another title-winning campaign for PSG last term. It’s fair to say that when PSG lift the trophy this prize will go to another one of their players, and in our opinion that will probably be Ousmane Dembele, who at the time of writing has contributed 16 goals and 5 assists in 19 appearances.

Brest’s Eric Roy was rightly gifted the 2023/24 Ligue 1 Manager of the Season plaque for his efforts in guiding the minnows into third place behind giants Paris Saint-Germain and Monaco. Roberto De Zerbi has made huge strides in his debut campaign with Marseille, however, the efforts of Luis Enrique to guide the Parisians to another title is sure to be rewarded.

Warren Zaire-Emery was the recipient of the Young Player of the Season award last campaign, and the way things are currently going it could be another PSG midfielder in Joao Neves who claims the honour. The 20 year old has provided nine goal contributions in 17 matches to this point and looks to be the type of all-round player that will get recognised for his efforts.
