Frankfurt vs Tottenham Tips

Tip 1

Tottenham are in troubled times and their season may come to a shuddering halt in Frankfurt.

The Lilywhites are clinging to the Europa League as their last chance of any glory this season, but it has been a miserable campaign for Ange Postecoglou’s men and there are few reasons to believe they can secure a victory at Deutsche Bank Park.

Eintracht Frankfurt have lost only three of 21 home matches in all competitions this term and Die Adler have scored 48 goals on their own patch.

Spurs have won only three of their last 13 matches and it is six defeats in their last seven away matches for the struggling North London side.

It’s difficult to see how Eintracht will not get the better of Spurs on home turf and Dino Toppmoller look a nice price to make if five home wins at Deutsche Bank Park in the Europa League.

Tip 2

Tottenham’s cavalier approach under Ange Postecoglou hasn’t yielded the success he would have hoped for and his side has conceded 22 goals in their last 11 away games.

Spurs don’t appear to have the desire or capability of keeping things tight and it’s hard to see how this Europa League tie doesn’t feature plenty of goalmouth action.

Eintracht have scored 48 times in 21 games at Deutsche Bank Park this term and backing over 3.5 goals looks a play.
