Lyon vs Juventus – Paulo Dybala @ 6/1
Having nearly been sold by Juventus in the final throes of the summer transfer window, so he’ll be looking to prove his worth to Bianconeri in the latter stages of Europe’s biggest competition this term. The 26 year old has already scored three times in the Champions League this season – including opening the scoring in the group stage victory over Atletico Madrid and he also broke the deadlock in his side’s recent Serie A win over Brescia, so we’ve tipped him to score the first goal of the game in France.
Real Madrid vs Manchester City – Sergio Aguero @ 17/4
Knowing that this may be their last opportunity to win the Champions League for the foreseeable future with a two-year ban on entering the competition set to come into play at the end of this season, Manchester City will be hoping to turn on the style in the final months of this season in Europe. In Aguero, they possess one of the continent’s most dangerous strikers who scored twice in just three appearances in the group stages – we fancy the former Atletico Madrid man to silence the Bernabeu with the opening goal on Wednesday evening.
