Verona are back in the top flight, and have started fairly well. They may have only won once but three draws has given them six points, and it is fair to say they have had a pretty tough schedule to begin things. Their defeats have come against Juventus and AC Milan, two of the better teams in this league and they have kept both games to just one goal defeats, so there are positives for them to build on.
Survival will be the aim and based on what these two have shown so far, it is Sampdoria not Verona who should be worried about the prospect of relegation this season. They have not been impressive at all, this is another tough challenge for them and one that is going to result in a Verona win we think.
