Valencia vs Granada Match Preview
Valencia have picked it up over the past seven days and now host Granada for their Matchday 13 clash on the back of a two-match winning streak, where they beat Espanyol (1-2) in La Liga and Lille (4-1) in Champions League – completing comebacks after going behind in the first half on both occasions.
Los Che have been scoring goals on the regular but the defensive slip-ups made it impossible to capitalize, sitting 13th mainly for such circumstances. Still, they’re just five points behind pace-setters Barcelona and this will have them motivated to impress, as Celades’ men search for consistency in front of the home fans.
Granada have seen a great start of the new campaign but many say things have started to fall into place as they saw losses to Getafe (3-1) and Real Sociedad (1-2) last week. They found the net on both occasions but this wasn’t enough for the points, which came especially disappointing as they conceded a late winner at Los Carmenes on Sunday.
Nazaries have indeed been in great shape moving forward and we’ve seen them employ an attacking approach to their fixtures on the road as well, promising a strong challenge at Mestalla Stadium as well. They have never beaten Valencia, though, and breaking the unwanted streak will be no easy task now either.
Valencia should thus have what it takes to secure the points and we’ll back them to do it, where a Home win comes at 4/6 with bet365 and looks like a generous banker bet at this point – as we hope to see Los Che jump the rivals on the day already.
They have been scoring and conceding numbers of goals and this does go hand in hand with our predictions for an exciting game here. We hope Valencia will have to outgun the visitors and backing Over 2.5 Goals FT at 6/5 with BetVictor thus looks like the best approach to the fixture here.
