Sweden host Romania for the opening game of their EURO 2020 Qualifiers campaign, looking to build on a rock-solid finish of 2018 despite more unpredictable performances with rotated line-up in friendly clashes against Finland (0-1) and Iceland (2-2) in early January.

Blagult have topped their Group in UEFA Nations League B with great wins over Turkey (0-1) and Russia (2-0) in their last two outings, where Janne Andersson set up solid defensive lines and just goals from Andreas Granqvist, Victor Lindelof, and Marcus Berg proved enough for the all-important points.

Romania have, on the other hand, been more consistent but still failed to make it to League B – with convincing Serbia finishing top of the Group 4 table. They’ve connected a ten-match unbeaten streak since March 2018, though, and Cosmin Contra’s men should be in a great mood as well.

Wolves have beaten Lithuania (3-0) and Montenegro (0-1) in their last two outings, proving their worth and now looking to do the same at Friends Arena. However, they should be in for a great task and their defensive struggles on the road could be more worrying at this point.

We will stick our necks out for Sweden to capitalize on just that and bag the important home points once again, backing a Home win at 78/100 with William Hill and hoping for another great display in Solna.
