Just over a week ago, these two teams were both down towards the bottom of the table but after two wins from two games, Parma have shot up into mid-table. This has taken them clear of teams like Spal, but should also serve as something to aspire to for those at the bottom of the league, just two wins at this stage of the season can really make a big difference to league positions.

While it may be only a 3-3 record so far, we think Parma can be upgraded for what they have done.
The only thing keeping Spal off the bottom of the table right now is goal difference. They have just one win and five defeats from six games, and generally they have made a very disappointing start to the season. Anything other than a big step forward and improvement in their play over the coming games will see them involved in a relegation battle at the end of the season, such has been the start they have made.
We think this is a great time to be backing Parma, they are in great form at the moment and can take advantage of a very poor Spal team here. This won’t be easy, but the value is all with Parma here, they look to have a great chance of picking up another win against Spal.
