Sheffield Wednesday made it back-to-back victories in midweek and stretched their unbeaten run to seven with a 2-0 victory over Brentford. They have moved into the top-half and going into the weekend sat just six points behind the play-offs.

At Hillsborough, the Owls are unbeaten winning are unbeaten in eight winning five of these including their last two. Steven Fletcher has netted five times in his last four appearances in front of his own fans.

Sheffield United won their third consecutive game last weekend as they defeated West Brom 1-0 at the Hawthorns. They sat second going into this round of fixtures but now know what they have to do to keep pace at the top.
