Rotherham v Wigan Match Preview
Rotherham have taken just one point from their last four and four from their last eight which means they are deep in the relegation battle. They sit 21st in the table and are just one point above Reading and the bottom three.
At the New York Stadium, the Yorkshire outfit have lost three of their last four and won just one of their last seven. Each of their last three and eight of their last nine here have seen both teams net.
Wigan have won two of their last four to pick up some needed points though both wins came at home. Josh Windass has two in his last two while Leon Clarke who netted in the last has impressed since joining from Sheffield United.
Away from the DW Stadium, the Lancashire outfit have been poor and have lost 11 of their previous 13. A lack of goals on their travels has been a real issue with just seven from their last 13.
Wigan are the favourites to win here through given they have won just once on the road this season I could not be backing them. I could not through be siding with Rotherham given their recent struggles.
A better angle of attack is to look at the to score at any time market and take an interest on two players for the road side. Josh Windass has two in his last two and goes off too big here as does Leon Clarke who impressed against QPR.
