Reading will be looking to bounce back from a 4-0 loss at Sheffield United last time out a game that saw them one down after two minutes and three down by half-time. They find themselves level on points with their opponents here with just goal-difference keeping them out of the bottom three.

At the Madejski, the Royals have showed good form of late with two victories and a draw in their last three. John Swift has found the back of the net in two of his last three in front of his own fans.

Rotherham drew their fourth successive game last weekend as it finished 2-2 with Sheffield Wednesday in a Yorkshire derby. They looked on course for all three points but conceded in stoppage time to be denied three crucial points.

It is hard to argue with the prices on offer here which have Reading as home favourites given their recent good home form. Rotherham through are difficult opponents at the moment and are not getting the results they deserve so I would lean towards them and the draw if placing a match bet.

Over 2.5 goals is the outsider but with the Royals having John Swift and Nelson Oliveira in good form and the Millers having grabbed five in their last three this could have more goals than anticipated. This also brings in the both teams to score market while I could not put anyone off combining them in a double.
