Preston suffered a second successive defeat at the weekend and third in the last four going down 2-0 at Fulham. North-End remain in sixth spot in the league table with two of their three defeats coming against the top three and the other to Millwall who are tenth.

At Deepdale, the Lilywhites have been a mixed bag of late with two victories, one draw and two defeats from their last five. A lack of clean sheets at home is something of an issue for North-End with none in their last 14 here.

QPR stretched their unbeaten run to five last time out as they played host to Birmingham in a game that finished 2-2. Jordan Hugill and Ilias Chair both have grabbed two goals from their last four Championship appearances.

Away from Loftus Road, the Rs have now gone seven without a victory though their last two have finished all-square. It is three without a goal for the London outfit on their travels though they have had two successive goalless draws.

Bookmakers make the hosts favourite to win and this seems a fair assessment though with just two wins in five here they do not scream value while you would like a little more value on a QPR side without a victory in eight on the road.

Eberechi Eze grabbed a brace in the reverse fixture for the Rs and he looks value to score at any time here as does Alan Browne who has two in his last appearances against the London outfit.
