Nottingham Forest needed a late Lewis Grabban to claim a point at Middlesbrough on Monday night though anything less than a point would have been harsh on them. The East Midlands outfit sit fourth but the gap between them and Leeds in second is eight points after a run of just one win in five.

At the City Ground, the Tricky Trees are without a victory in their last two and failed to find the net in these fixtures also. They have though lost just one of their last seven Championship fixtures played at this ground.

Millwall made it back-to-back draws and stretched their winless run to three at the weekend as they drew 1-1 with Bristol City a game they should have won. Just one victory in eight means the London side are tenth, four places and five points behind Preston in sixth.

Away from the Den, the Lions have managed just one victory in their last six with three draws and two defeats. In three of their last five league matches on the road they have failed to find the back of the net and have a combined three from these games.

The hosts are favourites to win this game and while it is hard to argue with that fact the price does not look like one worth getting with on a team with just one victory in five. Millwall meanwhile have won just one of their last eight so we would not be getting with them either.

Both teams score around two-thirds of their goals after the break so backing the second 45 minutes to be the highest scoring half makes sense especially as having played Monday the Tricky Trees could have a few tired legs. For the same reasons and with both teams needing a victory rather and a draw take over 1.5 goals after the break.
