Norwich vs Swansea Match Preview
Norwich host Swansea for their Matchday 36 clash in a great mood after making the top spot with a three-match winning streak, where they beat Bolton Wanderers (0-4), Bristol City (3-2), and Millwall (1-3) in very exciting contests since mid-February.
Canaries have been netting numbers of goals on the regular and were led by in-form Teemu Pukki as they scored ten in their last three outings, boasting even more of such consistency at Carrow Road. They will now want to make it count once again and doing so against struggling Swans on the road will be a crucial task.
Indeed, Swansea have been scoring goals on the regular too and come into the match on the back of a comfortable 2-0 win over Bolton. However, we’ve seen them struggling to turn clashes their way on the road and this will be more worrying as they look to keep track of the league’s top 6 – now sitting huge seven points behind 6th placed Bristol.
Swans have thus seen losses at Robins (2-0), Leeds (2-1), and Sheffield Wednesday (3-1) and ending such a streak early in March could prove crucial for Graham Potter. They’ve struggled defensively and conceded seven goals along the way, which promises open spaces for Norwich to explore as well.
We will thus back Norwich to turn an exciting clash their way and going for a Home win feels like buying money at 7/10 with William Hill, as we hope Daniel Farke’s men can now keep hold of their high team spirits.
We do feel Swans will do their bit in making this a thriller, though, and we expect to see goals on both ends as we also back a Yes on Both teams to score at 8/11 with bet365. We’ve seen such occasions in three of both sides’ respective last four outings and this looks like further evidence for such a bet.
