Norway vs Sweden Match Preview
Sweden travel to neighboring Norway for their EURO 2020 Qualifiers clash on the back of a narrow home win over Romania (2-1), where goals from Robin Quaison and Viktor Claesson proved enough for the points in Solna despite seeing the rivals pull one back through Claudiu Keseru in the second half.
Blagult have made it to the UEFA Nations League A in an exciting group shared with Russia and Turkey, topping the group with seven points in four outings. They have struggled to pick it up with rotated line-up against Finland (0-1 loss) and Iceland (2-2) early in 2019 but now seem to enjoy a good spell – rather building on the solid finish in Nations League.
Norway promise a strong challenge, though, and we’ve seen them show off as tough rivals in Spain (2-1). They’ve suffered a loss through a penalty-kick winner from Sergio Ramos and failed to build on the solid displays in Nations League – where they topped their League C group ahead of Slovenia, Cyprus, and Bulgaria.
Lovene have been rock-solid in front of the home fans and surely have high hopes they can show it off once again in Oslo, after bagging eight points and two draws in ten outing since October 2016. We do feel they’ll be very motivated and Lars Lagerback’s men should have enough to hold off the visitors.
We will thus stick our necks out for the sides to share the spoils in an important contest at Ullevaal Stadion, as we go for a Draw on Tuesday at 9/4 with bet365 – which looks the best approach to the fixture at this point.
We do expect goals between the sides once again as we go for their third consecutive draw in head-to-head clashes and also back a Yes on Both teams to score, which comes at Evens with William Hill and attracts many value seekers already after seeing both score and concede on the regular lately.
