New York City host Los Angeles FC for their MLS clash on Sunday looking for their first win this term, after bagging just two points in first two outings this term – where they shared the spoils with Orlando (2-2) and DC United (0-0) since early March.

Pigeons have been a very tough side to beat at Yankee Stadium and will have to base their success on such performances here this term as well, which promises Domenec Torrent’s men in a great mood once again despite struggling to turn clashes their way so far.

Los Angeles FC promise a great challenge, though, and come into the match after beating both Sporting KC (2-1) and Portland Timbers (4-1) in two high-scoring clashes in front of the home fans, sitting behind Seattle Sounders t the top of the Western Conference table only for their goal difference.

LAFC have a lot to prove after struggles away from home through most part of the last campaign, where snatching points at Yankee Stadium comes off as an important task. They have been led by Carlos Vela in the final third but saw goals from all directions, which surely promises a great challenge from Bob Bradley’s men.
