Serie A weekend brings some very exciting contests and probably the most important one is at San Paolo as Napoli host pace-setters Juventus looking to close the 13-point gap at the top of the table, coming off a rock-solid series at the back and a six-match unbeaten streak in February.
Partenopei have conceded just one goal along the way and comfortable wins over Zurich (2-0) and Parma (0-4) last week promise them in a great mood, as Carlo Ancelotti’s men seem the only possible obstacle to another early party in Turin this term. They haven’t suffered a loss here since March 2018 and we should see them as motivated as ever.
Juventus have seen a mid-week disappointment at Atletico Madrid (2-0) and will have a hard time bouncing back, but we’ve seen them recuperate with a narrow 0-1 win at Bologna where a single goal from Paulo Dybala proved enough for all three points.
Bianconeri have been solid defensively themselves but we have seen them struggle for consistency on the road, which saw them drop out of Coppa Italia to Atalanta (3-0) and come very close to a Champions League exit in Madrid. They will now want more in Naples but Max Allegri has a lot to work on.
We’ll now stick our necks out for a Draw at 11/5 with bet365, which would surely have Juventus more satisfied. Napoli should prove a tough nut to crack at San Paolo but we don’t feel they have what it takes to bag all three points at this point.
We should be in for goals and a very tough game to call but this also has us going for a Yes on Both teams to score, which comes at 17/20 with William Hill and looks a great approach to the fixture by itself – despite the high stakes involved on the day.
