Monaco have seen a very troubled start of the campaign and Leonardo Jardim has surely felt the pressure mounting as his side sits in the relegation zone, with just three points bagged in first six outings. He now desperately need a cure as they host Nice for their French Riviera clash on Tuesday evening, hoping to at least escape the bottom part of the table.

‎Les Monegasques have struggled defensively and we’ve seen them concede eight goals as they shared the spoils with Nimes (2-2), Strasbourg (2-2), and saw a thriller 3-4 loss to Marseille. They have held Reims to a goalless draw most recently and with potential returns for both Slimani and Ben Yedder, they’ll surely hope for a more dangerous attacking line as well.

Nice have more to be happy about early in the campaign and take on a short trip to Stade Louis II with 12 points to their name, bagging four wins in six outings – two of which came on trips to Nîmes (1-2) and Rennes (1-2). They’ve struggled to keep it together but still managed to outgun the rivals and will surely hope for a similar scenario now.

Les Aiglons beat Dijon (2-1) on Saturday with a comeback after falling behind early in the game, as Kasper Dolberg levelled it just before the half-hour mark and Youcef Atal completed it early in the second half. They will come very motivated to build on the solid head-to-head records of recent too, which promises them in good spirits.
