Los Angeles FC vs FC Dallas Match Preview
Los Angeles FC have been in fine form early in the new campaign and host Dallas for their Friday’s clash looking for their first win over the rivals ever, denied twice last term with just one point earned along the way despite finding the net on both occasions.
LAFC have returned to the winning ways after two consecutive draws as they beat Columbus Crew (0-3) with goals from Kaye, Diomande, and Vela, boasting better records at home ground and surely hoping they can build on such a performance. Bob Bradley’s men bagged five wins and a draw in six outings at Banc of California Stadium, which does promise them in a great mood as well.
Dallas, on the other hand, come into the match after very narrow yet very disappointing losses to Houston Dynamo (2-1) and New York RB (1-3), as they created chances but failed to capitalize on them with a three-match unbeaten streak seen beforehand ended.
Toros have struggled for consistency on the road and this has been more than obvious as they failed to connect any two same results since two losses late last season. They have been scoring goals on the regular, though, and this does promise another exciting occasion in California now.
We will still back Los Angeles FC to overcome such a challenge and go for a Home win and a Yes on Both teams to score, which combines to an enticing 7/4 with bet365 and looks great value as both sides enjoy such clashes lately.
With that in mind, it’s rather easy to make a case for an exciting clash with goals and we thus also back a high-scoring game with Over 2.5 Goals FT, which comes at 8/15 with Paddy Power. We’ve seen three or more goals in six of Toros’ last seven outings, which feels like further evidence for such a bet.
