Leeds had a miserable Easter that saw them lose two matches and drop out of the top two and an automatic promotion spot. They lost 2-1 at home to Wigan and then 2-0 at Brentford to mean they are relying on Sheffield United slipping up. They sit in third and could find themselves six behind the Blades with an inferior goal-difference by the time this even begins.

At Elland Road, United have won nine of their last 13 with the two defeats coming in their last four fixtures. Pablo Hernandez has three in his last five at this ground while Patrick Bamford has nine in his last 14 here. In none of their last four here have United been ahead going into the break.

Villa are flying at the moment with their two victories at Easter meaning it is now ten straight victories for Dean Smith and his side. Their superior goal-difference means that the play-offs are all but certain for them. The only question is now is do they care about finishing fourth and have home advantage in the second leg or do they take their foot off the gas to avoid injuries?
