Juventus vs Atalanta Match Preview
Atalanta travel to Turin for their Matchday 37 clash at Juventus just days after falling short of Coppa Italia silverware, where Lazio beat them 2-0 at Stadio Olimpico and ended their five-match winning streak across competitions.
La Dea beat Napoli (1-2), Fiorentina (2-1), Udinese (2-0), Lazio (1-3) in Serie A, and Genoa (2-1) despite some very narrow clashes along the way and now promise a very strong challenge at Allianz Stadium too – with a lot more to play for at this point as Milan and Roma breathing down their necks in a battle for the Champions League spots.
Juventus have long secured the title but lost on their consistency and high team spirits since, where they were held to draws by Inter (1-1) and Torino (1-1) and beat by Roma (2-0) as they failed to convert their many chances and conceded two late goals at Stadio Olimpico.
Bianconeri have title celebrations in place after the match, though, and will want to end the campaign in a positive light. We thus feel Max Allegri’s men will want to take revenge for a Coppa Italia exit seen in the hands of La Dea, which promises them very motivated on Sunday evening.
We will thus stick with Juventus to secure the points and possibly deny Atalanta a Champions League spot, going for a Home win at 29/10 with bet365 which seems great value at this point.
However, Atalanta have been scoring numbers of goals lately and will surely be very motivated to impress once again, which promises goals on both ends and also has us going for a Yes on Both teams to score at 4/7 with William Hill – after seeing such clashes in four of Atalanta’s last six as well as seven of Juventus’ respective last eight outings.
