AC Milan travel to Turin for the return match of their Coppa Italia clash against Juventus on Wednesday evening with regrets after what could be called a dominant performance, where Cristiano Ronaldo’s stoppage-time penalty kick cancelled out Ante Rebic’s opener at Giuseppe Meazza Stadium.
Rossoneri have been tough to beat and managed four points in two Serie A outings since, beating Torino (1-0) in front of the home fans and seeing a similarly late penalty kick deny them two points at Fiorentina (1-1). They have had more trouble turning games their way on the road, though, and this will be more worrying.
Juventus have, on the other hand, seen a Champions League loss at Lyon (1-0) last time out and had an unbeaten streak of three ended in France. They beat Brescia (2-0) and SPAL (1-2) in two very narrow games beforehand and Maurizio Sarri will hope his men can put on a confident display at Allianz Stadium once again.
Bianconeri have a winning streak of seven in front of the home fans and while they have seen a somewhat more lenient schedule, we’ve seen them scoring more goals and we now expect them in a good mood once again – which should make the task of causing an upset very tough for the visitors.
We don’t see AC Milan making it happen and we now feel Juventus should have what it takes to outgun them, going for an Away win and a Yes on Both teams to score at 5/2 with bet365 and hoping to see another thriller on the day.
