Die Kraichgauer have been tougher at home ground and regained consistency with wins over Hannover 96 (3-0) and Nurnberg (2-1) in two exciting clashes since mid-February. However, it feels outclassing Leverkusen should prove more of a task for Peter Bosz and his men.
Bayer Leverkusen have, on the other hand, seen a two-match winning streak ended ahead of the International break, where Werder Bremen (1-3) snatched all three points at BayArena. They dropped five points behind the top 4 and now have more realistic chances of a battle for the top 6.
Die Werkself have a lot to prove at PreZero Arena, though, struggling to keep it together at the back with just one clean sheet in five outings since mid-February. They have outgunned Hannover 96 (2-3) on their last trip and will now hope they can impress up front.
