Getafe have earned just two points in their last three outings and still sit 4th placed in a thriller chase for the last spot leading to Champions League next term, but now see chasers piling up and at least four sides aspiring to shoot them down.

Azulones have thus held Valencia (0-0) and Espanyol (1-1) to draws on the road but suffered a more disappointing 0-2 loss to mid-table rivals Leganes, where second-half goals from Michael Santos and Juanfran proved enough for the visitors to snatch their first win at Coliseum Alfonso Perez in 19 years.

Athletic Bilbao now hope for a similar upset with a lot better records in Getafe, where they bagged three wins and a draw in last four trips. They have struggled for consistency on the road more recently, though, and this could be even more worrying even with great pick-me-ups now behind them.

Los Leones have beaten Girona (1-2) and Levante (3-2) in two high-scoring performances over the past seven days, extending a five-match unbeaten streak and now sitting just four points behind the 4th placed rivals. We thus expect them very motivated on the day too and we feel they can leave unbeaten once again.

We feel Getafe will prove their worth too, though, and we thus don’t see a winner on the day as we back a Draw at 2/1 with bet365. We’ve seen draws in all of the sides’ last three clashes and this feels like further evidence for such a bet as well.
