Fulham vs Leeds Match Preview

Fulham can have few complaints about the result last time out going down 1-0 at Brentford in a game the Bees controlled. It made it three straight losses for the London outfit who are losing ground on the top two of West Brom and their opponents here.

At Craven Cottage, the Whites last played on December 7th and they went down to a 2-1 loss at home to Bristol City. They have though lost just two of their last eight here in front of their own fans winning three of the last five.

Leeds were involved in a six-goal thriller at the weekend that saw them 3-0 up with 30 minutes to go but having to settle for a point. It is 11 without defeat for the Yorkshire side in the Championship with victories in seven of their last eight.

Away from Elland Road, United eased past their Yorkshire rivals Huddersfield last time on their travels (back on December 7th). It was their third successive road victory and extends their unbeaten road record to five.

The hosts are struggling for form and seem to have come up short in recent games against decent sides in Preston, Bristol City and Brentford so we can’t see how they will get anything from Leeds. The visitors had a crazy 30 minutes that saw them come undone against Cardiff but that should be put down as a blip and we are backing them to take all three points here. Fulham do carry a goal threat so backing an away win and both teams to score also looks value.
