FC Dallas are a real bogey team for LA Galaxy and that is backed to continue in this clash between two of the original MLS clubs.

Galaxy have found Dallas a tough nut to crack over the last few years having been on the wrong end of the scoreline in six of their last seven meetings.

But at least the Californians will travel this time in good heart after opening their 2019 MLS campaign with a 2-1 home victory over Chicago Fire in which Zlatan Ibrahimovic almost inevitably scored the winner.

Dallas, meanwhile, began with a 1-1 draw against New England Revolution having taken the lead through Michael Barrios and they will have been disappointed not to hang on in a game they were expected to win.

If anything, this will be an even bigger test against the team who are disputing favouritism with New York Red Bulls to be the overall MLS champions this year.

However, that head-to-head superiority enjoyed by the Toros against the Galaxy has counted for plenty over the last couple of seasons and they are fancied to make home advantage tell once more.
