Djurgården have now won back-to-back league games with a 2-0 defeat of Elfsborg last time out thanks to a Fredrik Ulvestad brace. They have made a good start to the campaign with five victories, three draws and two defeat from their first ten matches. Their defence has been strong with their nine conceded the joint-third highest in the division.

At the Tele2 Arena, they have lost just once this season with two victories and two draws from the five played here. Three of the five Allsvenskan fixtures played here have seen both teams find the back of the net though the last two have not. Two of the last four played at this venue have seen a red card.

Ostersunds made it back-to-back defeats and stretched their winless run to four last time out with a 3-1 home loss to Orebro.
