Derby were in FA Cup Fifth Round action on Thursday night when they did battle with Premier League Man United in a game that saw them lose 3-0. In the league, the East Midlands outfit picked up a victory last time out defeating Sheffield Wednesday 3-1 at Hillsborough thanks to a Tom Lawrence brace.

At Pride Park, the Rams are unbeaten in their last six league matches with both of their last two finishing all-square. Wayne Rooney has two goals in his last three Championship appearances at this ground while Martyn Waghorn has two in five.

Blackburn are now five without a defeat following a third successive draw at the weekend which saw them held at home to Swansea in a 2-2. The Lancashire side are in the hunt for the play-offs sitting just three points and two places off the top six.

Away from Ewood Park, Rovers are unbeaten in four with two of these games finishing level and it is just two road defeats in nine. They have managed to net at least once in each of their last 11 games on the road in the Championship.
