Coventry City continue to struggle against the unpopular ownership of their club. With rumours that they may face sanctions next season circulating, with games unlikely to be able to be played at the Ricoh Arena, a talented young team are attempting to perform on the pitch despite the off-field worries that continue to circulate and they have done well to remain in the top half for the majority of the campaign.

Although a play-off spot is starting to look less and less likely as we approach the final handful of games for the season, the Sky Blues pulled off an incredible 4-5 away win over automatic promotion chasers Sunderland last weekend to leave them within eight points of the top six but with only four remaining games to close the gap on Doncaster. A win here could keep their hopes alive at odds of 3/4 with Bet365.

Bradford City have endured one of their worst ever seasons this time around. Despite having a fairly strong squad on paper for the third tier, and despite managing to rid the club of their unpopular German owners, fans of the West Yorkshire club will be devastated to see their side sitting bottom of the League One table with only a handful of games remaining to pull off an almost impossible rescue job at this stage.

Irish boss Michael Collins lasted less than two months this season and his replacement, David Hopkin couldn’t see the season out before being replaced by former Blackburn manager Gary Bowyer. The Scot hasn’t enjoyed the best possible start at Valley Parade though and his side make the trip to the West Midlands this weekend on the back of six consecutive defeats. Can they bounce back with an away victory here at 18/5 with William Hill.

We think the hosts will be too strong here. After the morale-boosting win at the Stadium of Light last week, the Sky Blues will be playing with real confidence against bottom-of-the-league Bradford. The Bantams have shipped no fewer than nine goals in their last four outings so we can’t see them being able to stop Coventry’s youthful, energetic attack. Former Huddersfield trainee Jordy Hiwula-Mayifuila has enjoyed a decent first season at the Ricoh Arena. The 24 year old has racked up 10 goals in 35 appearances in League One, including one in the victory on Wearside last weekend, so we’re on him to find the net again here.
