Charlton vs Leeds Match Preview
Charlton suffered a second successive defeat as they went 2-0 away to Wigan last time out undone by a Cheyenee Dunkley brace. It does not get any easier here for Athletic though former Leeds player Lee Bowyer will have marked this one off as an important clash.
At the Valley, the Addicks have won two (defeating Stoke and Brentford) while drawing with Nottingham Forest and losing to Birmingham. The last three matches here have gone under 2.5 goals and produced a total of just four goals.
Leeds dominated Derby last weekend but were made to pay for missed chances in a game that somehow finished 1-1. The result means United have taken just four points from the last nine on offer but remain top of the table on goal-difference.
Away from Elland Road, the Whites it is played four won four for the Yorkshire outfit with victories at Wigan, Stoke, Barnsley and Bristol City. They have kept clean-sheets in each of their last three and conceded just one away goal all season.
The leaders are a short price to come out on top here but you can gain some extra value taking Leeds to win a low-scoring game. They have a tendency not to blow teams away while Charlton have blanked in the last two since Lyle Taylor picked up an injury.
