Celtic host Hamilton Academical for their Matchday 23 Premiership clash on Saturday as their busy schedule in front of the home fans continues just days after hosting St Mirren for their mid-week clash, in search of points which would see them build on the convincing 3-0 FA Cup win over Airdrieonians.

Bhoys have been rock-solid defensively at Celtic Park and we’ve seen them keep clean sheets in all of the last three outings here, where they beat Motherwell (3-0) and Dundee (3-0) as well. They’ve seen more slip-ups on the road but this will hardly dent their confidence as Accies don’t promise such a challenge.

Hamilton come into the match amid a poor streak which has seen them earn just one point in six Premiership outings (as they held Kilmarnock to a 1-1 draw) and crash out of the FA Cup in the hands of St. Johnstone (2-0).

Martin Canning has struggled to find a cure for their goalscoring woes and we’ve seen his men fail to find the net in all of those losses, which could be even more worrying. Accies will now want more but getting it in Glasgow should prove a very tough task at this point.

We will thus back Celtic to secure the points and do so in a convincing manner, as we stick with a Home win to Nil at 8/13 with BetVictor. We have seen them put on such displays on the regular and this feels like buying money for old rope at this point.
