Celta Vigo host Levante looking for another return to the winning ways in an attempt to escape the immediate danger zone in La Liga, as they beat Sevilla (1-0) early in February but still failed to build on the success on their trip to Getafe (3-1) last week – where they took the lead but saw the home side complete a comeback with goals from Jaime Mata and Jorge Molina.

Celticos have proven themselves a tougher side to beat at Balaidos but still suffered six losses in their last seven outings, which see them just four points clear of Rayo Vallecano who sit in the relegation zone after 23 games played. They will need more in front of the home fans and hosting the Valencian rivals seems like a good opportunity.

Indeed, Levante come into the match with a 2-0 loss at Deportivo Alaves now behind them, where they failed to build on the goalless draw against Getafe – as Paco Lopez’ men keep producing more in front of the home fans but fail to do so on the road.

Granotas have thus suffered their fifth consecutive loss away from home and failing to find the net on the last four could be even more worrying, as the visitors saw Rayo (2-1), Atletico Madrid (1-0), Barcelona (3-0), Sevilla (5-0) and Alaves all bag the home points. This could prove an important bottom-of-the-table battle for points but we don’t see them snatching anything from it.

We will thus back Celta to an important Home win, which comes at 10/11 with Betway and looks great value as they try to capitalize on Levante’s horrendous spell of form on the road.
