Blackburn vs Stoke Match Preview
Blackburn saw their unbeaten run stretched to three but had to settle for a point after leading 2-0 on the road to Brentford. It is just one defeat in the last eight for the Lancashire side who are now eighth and five points from the play-offs.
At Ewood Park, Rovers have two of their last three Championship games and have tasted defeat in just one of 12. Only Leeds and Derby (13 each) have conceded a lower amount of home goals than the 14 they have shipped this season,
Stoke continued their mixed run of form with a 2-0 victory over at Cardiff at the weekend that makes it two victories and two defeats in the last four. It was a big three points for the Staffordshire outfit and moves them 19th three points above Wigan in 22nd.
Away from the BET365 Stadium, the Potters have lost each of their last two games and conceded eight goals in total. Tyrese Campbell has been enjoying life on the road though having grabbed four goals in his last five on his travels.
Bookmakers make Blackburn favourites for the game though if you look at the gap between the two sides in the table you could make a case the marginal value lies with Rovers. That being said we prefer a couple of value selections in the goalscorer markets.
For the visitors Tyrese Campbell looks a good selection as he does better on the road and has four in his last five on his travels. For the hosts, Darragh Lenihan has two in his last three and goes off at generous double figure odds to score at some point here.
