Blackburn saw their five-game unbeaten run come to an end on Sunday as they went down at Pride Park losing 3-0 to Derby. The Lancashire side are now winless in four but are still in tenth and just three points from the play-offs.

At Ewood Park, Rovers have drawn back-to-back games and are unbeaten in three and have lost just one of the last 14. They are a well-drilled unit at home and have conceded just six goals in their last ten Championship games here.

Bristol City battled out a point in a 1-1 home draw with Fulham last time out and while it made it back-to-back draws it stretched their winless run to five. They are in seventh spot one place and point from the play-offs.

Away from Ashton Gate, the Robins are winless in their last three fixtures though have lost just two of their last six. Five of the last six Championship road games they have been involved with have gone under 2.5 goals with four going under 1.5.

It is hard to argue with Blackburn being favourites given they have lost just one of the last 14 in front of their own fans. That being said Rovers look a little too short to be siding with while Bristol City have no win in five so they offer no appeal either.

Both teams are having issues in front of goal of late with the hosts blanking in two of their last three and the visitors have bagged just three in their last five. Under 2.5 goals is the main bet as happened in five of the last six on the road for the Robins with a smaller interest in under 1.5 which has occurred four times from these six.
