Ajax have seen a thriller 2-2 draw at PAOK midway through the week and while they’ll have regrets, it will surely have them more satisfied ahead of the second leg in front of the home fans. De Godenzonen have obviously struggled for stability at the back and commanding De Ligt is obviously missed early in the new campaign.
