Accrington have recently shot down the table, and they are not safe from relegation as things stand right now. They are just two points ahead of the bottom four, and there are three of those places still up for grabs. With just one win from their last six, they would love something from this game, and they will have a chance, as Sunderland will arrive here a tired team after a big game on Sunday in the EFL Trophy, a game which they lost on penalties.

Sunderland are in contention for an automatic promotion spot, but they have to catch up their games in hand on their opponents.
