AC Milan host Lazio for their Serie A clash on Saturday evening looking to end a four-match winless streak and build on their top 4 spot at a crucial point in the campaign, which Gennaro Gattuso even called a Final for his men. Indeed, they have four sides breathing down their necks in a thriller chase for the Champions League spots and points now come off as a must.

Rossoneri have struggled to bounce back from a Derby della Madonnina loss to Inter (2-3) and earned just one point in three outings since, but we have seen a much better display in a valiant 2-1 loss at Juventus – where they took the lead but struggled to hold off the pace-setters in the second half.

Lazio have seen troubles of their own as they failed to catch up with the rivals despite a more lenient schedule, where they were denied in a 1-0 loss at struggling SPAL as well as a thriller 2-2 draw against Sassuolo in front of the home fans saved by Senad Lulic’s last-gasp equalizer.

Biancocelesti have largely struggled for consistency on the road and this could prove even more worrying, as the attacking line led by Ciro Immobile struggled to convert away from home and found the net just three times in five trips since mid-February.

We thus feel AC Milan will now be able to capitalize on the rivals woes and finally end the winless streak of their own, as we now go for a Home win at 8/5 with William Hill. We’ve seen them rock-solid at this ground through most of the campaign and hope to see them show off on the day as well.

We’ve also seen them base success on defensive displays and we now hope for another very narrow occasion between the sides too, as we now back Rossoneri to keep a clean sheet at 19/10 with William Hill – which could make all the difference here.
