This week’s trading tip

Eddie Nketiah is a young striker with huge potential for the future and will be keen to display his credentials this season as he spends the campaign on loan at Championship favourites Leeds United.

Already, Nketiah has found the net twice for the Whites, opening the scoring in their EFL Cup win at Salford City and scoring a vitally important and dramatic winner against Brentford at Elland Road on Wednesday night.

At just £1.75, Nketiah could be a long-term snip here. At Arsenal, he may not get many chances in the next two or three seasons, but he will surely learn from the likes of Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and be a ready made replacement when those players start to lose their pace and power.

With the goals he has been scoring at youth level for club and country, Nketiah looks set for a bright future and he’ll start to realise that potential at Elland Road this season by scoring goals in Marcelo Bielsa’s promotion-chasing side.

Our portfolio

Football Index provides the perfect way to make profit from your footballing knowledge by bringing in players when their price is low and trading them when they’re at a high to make profit. You can also be paid dividends by the players in your portfolio – by them receiving lots of positive mentions in the media, ranking highly in the Opta stats or by scoring goals, providing assists or keeping a clean sheet in a match.

Having kicked off our journey ahead of the Premier League season we added three young academy graduates to our portfolio as we predict big things for the season ahead for these three starlets. Having also bought into Christian Pulisic, Nketiah is the latest player to add to our growing profile.

How to follow our journey

Unfortunately there is no way to follow our profile on Football Index but don’t worry – we’ll be posting regular updates on players that we are planning to trade on, plus the players we already have in our portfolio.

If you want to follow us with these tips feel free – we will also be letting you know when we are deciding to sell these shares and over the course of the season we will be asking our mates over at Squawka for their expert opinions on who to trade on in the Premier League and further afield.

To get involved simply sign up at Football Index via this link, create an account and get started with a £500 money-back guarantee! 18+ Only. Terms and Conditions apply.
