When is the 2018/2019 FA Cup Final?

The FA Cup gets underway in August every year between teams way down in the non-league pyramid battling it out in the first of four preliminary rounds before the First Round proper gets underway in November and the Third Round sees the introduction of teams from the top two tiers in January, with five wins required to reach the FA Cup Final, in May.

This year’s tournament finally comes to a conclusion on Saturday 18th May at Wembley Stadium in London. This year, the two teams that have reached the final are Hertfordshire outfit Watford, who have never won the tournament before will take on Manchester City, the Premier League champions.

FA Cup Final Tips

As is always the case in the earlier rounds of the tournament our team of experts will be clubbing together to pick out their best bets for the final. Our match previews include the best available odds, our score prediction, match info, stats and betting tips and our tipster Jon has produced his preview for the game here!

Manchester City will be the favourites for the final of course having already tied up the Premier League and EFL Cup this season, meaning victory in the capital this weekend will see them become the first English team ever to win the domestic treble. Watford will put up a fight though and have done well in beating three fellow Premier League teams to reach this stage.
