Copa America Odds
2019 Copa America
The 2019 Copa America will take place in Brazil this summer and will feature all 10 teams from the CONMEBOL confederation, including the two guests Qatar and Japan. Qatar compete in the tournament for the first time in their history ahead of their hosting of the 2022 World Cup whilst Japan are invited for the first time since their solitary previous appearance back in 1999. Mexico, for the first time since teams from outside confederations were invited into the tournament, will not compete.
In Group A, hosts and favourites Brazil will go up against Bolivia, Venezuela and Peru, whilst Argentina will take on the improving Qatari outfit in Group B along with both Colombia and Paraguay. Group C meanwhile will pit Japan, Uruguay, Chile and Ecuador together.
When is the Copa America?
With 12 teams involved, the competition will get underway on the 14th June in Sao Paulo where the hosts Brazil will take on Bolivia. The group stages will culminate on the 24th June and there will then be a three game break before the knock-out stages before the final takes place on the 7th July at the Maracana in Rio de Janeiro.

Who will win the Copa America?
There are several teams fighting it out for the title in Brazil this summer. Unsurprisingly, the hosts are favourites having been the South American nation to make it the furthest in last year’s World Cup in Russia and they appear to have the strongest squad, as well as the home advantage.
The Samba Boys are not the only contenders though. Argentina are desperate to end a long wait to win this trophy and do possess some incredible talent including Barcelona star Lionel Messi whilst Uruguay are always a threat with their front two of Luis Suarez and Edinson Cavani and Chile have been the winners of the last two tournaments.
