Copa America 2021

Copa America 2021 will kick off in just five days and will be played once again in Brazil after Argentina and Colombia were removed as co-hosts. Qatar and Australia were also invited to take part in the competition but decided to step down due to the pandemic situation. The last edition in 2019 was also held in Brazil and it saw the hosts winning 3-1 over Peru in the final.

Copa America 2021 Group Odds & Tips

The format of the competition is different this year due to the fact that there are only 10 teams participating. The teams are divided into two groups of five, and the first four from each group will move on to the quarter-finals. This means that only the two bottom-placed teams won’t qualify further.

In Group A, Argentina will go up against Paraguay, Bolivia, Uruguay, and Chile, whilst the hosts Brazil will take on Ecuador, Peru, Venezuela, and Colombia.

Who will win Copa America?

There are several teams fighting it out for the title in Brazil this summer. Unsurprisingly, the hosts are favourites having been the South American nation to make it the furthest in the previous world Cup in Russia and they are also the reigning champions of Copa America.
