Bradford v Peterborough Predictions

After thrilling first leg and two late goals from Kelvin Mellor and Luca Colville to make it 2-2, Bradford now host Peterborough for the return match of their FA Cup clash in hope they can do more in front of the home fans and make their way through to the 3rd Round over the rivals.

Robins have largely struggled for consistency and sit rock-bottomed of League One table with just 14 points to their name, where Cup success surely would be the much-needed boost to their confidence. They have been picking it up lately and with just one loss in five outings,  the crowd at Northern Commercials Stadium surely look forward to the Tuesday’s clash.

Peterborough, on the other hand, sit just two points behind the league’s top 2 and have been in a better shape through most part of the campaign. They’ve connected a seven-match unbeaten streak since early November too, with four wins and three draws, which does promise them in good mood as well.

Posh have had no troubles scoring goals on the regular away from home and they’ll now surely want more from the contest, looking to outclass the struggling rivals. Steve Evans has enjoyed an attacking approach and it has proven fruitful, which does give out a feeling we’ll see more of the same in Bradford.

  • Bradford have beaten both Aldershot Town (on penalties after a 1-1 draw) and Oxford (2-0) in the last two home games
  • Peterborough have suffered just two losses in last ten trips across competitions
  • We’ve seen goals on both ends in all of the sides’ last four head-to-head clashes

Bradford v Peterborough Betting Tips

We do feel Peterborough will still show off and make their way to the 3rd Round over the rivals, as we now stick with an Away win at 27/20 with William Hill. We have seen them very solid on the road too and Steve Evans’ men should be able to shake off the feeling from the first leg.

However, we do expect an exciting occasion with goals once again and we’ll now also back Over 2.5 Goals FT at 19/20 with BetVictor. We have seen both sides scoring and conceding goals and this does feel like a great evidence for such a bet.

Bradford v Peterborough Best Odds
