Looking for some Premier League transfer rumours? We've scoured the gossip columns to find ten rumours that we think could come true during the upcoming January window.
Dimitri Payet - West Ham to Marseille
Scott Hogan - Brentford to West Ham
Dimitri Payet is set to turn 30 before the end of the season and he may see this window as one of his final opportunities to join an elite club and compete for trophies, which is looking like a less and less likely possibility with the Hammers. After refusing to play for the London club, it makes sense that they cash in on their prized asset whilst they still can, with a return to former club Marseille looking most likely.
This is what you call a transfer saga. As one of the Championship's top scorers this season, Scott Hogan is hot property and as West Ham's hunt for a striker stretches on, the more likely this deal seems. The 24 year old has reportedly had bids accepted for him, had bids rejected for him, failed medicals - you name it, there's been a rumour surrounding this rumour at some point in January. The Hammers will reportedly pay between £12m and £15m for the ex-Rochdale marksman.
Mahmoud Dahoud - Borussia Monchengladbach to Liverpool
Syrian-born German midfielder Mahmoud Dahoud is a player with huge potential and one that Jurgen Klopp has been tracking for some time. The defensive midfielder has refused to sign a new contract with Borussia Monchengladbach but the Reds will face very stiff competition for his signature as the likes of Barcelona and PSG are also reportedly monitoring the situation.
Phil Jagielka - Everton to Sunderland
David Moyes has consistently complained about the lack of transfer funds available at Sunderland this season, but a free transfer to bring experienced centre back Phil Jagielka to Wearside could be on the cards. The 34 year old has found first team opportunities increasingly limited at Goodison Park this season and after working with Moyes for so long on Merseyside, he could be tempted to the North East for more regular playing time.
Victor Lindelof - Benfica to Manchester United
This is a rumour that seems to have stretched on for so long it would be less realistic for it not to come off at this stage. The Benfica defender is a friend of Manchester United forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic and at 22 he remains a prospect for the future. Another young Benfica defender, Nelson Semedo, has also been linked with a switch to Old Trafford this January.
Aymeric Laporte - Athletic Bilbao to Manchester City
Athletic Bilbao defender Aymeric Laporte has recently spoken out about the possibility of joining Manchester City and given the defensive issues that Pep Guardiola's side have experienced so far this season, it seems realistic that the Citizens will look to strengthen at the back as soon as possible. He won't come cheap - but money is rarely an issue when it comes to MCFC.
Manolo Gabbiadini - Napoli to Stoke

Manolo Gabbiadini has been in and out of the Napoli side so far this season and there are rumours suggesting that several Premier League teams are taking a look at the dangerous striker, who has scored plenty of goals in Serie A in recent seasons. Stoke City are one such team, although it admittedly seems more likely that the Potters would bring the ex-Sampdoria man in on a loan deal at best.
Asmir Begovic - Chelsea to Bournemouth
Bournemouth have been looking to make an improvement in the goalkeeping position for some time now and Asmir Begovic has been revealed as their latest target. The ex-Stoke man would be a serious upgrade for the Cherries, but Antonio Conte and Chelsea will hold out for at least £12m for the Bosnian to help fund a replacement back-up keeper.
Virgil van Dijk - Southampton to Everton
Virgil van Dijk is a player who looks set for big things. With a shortage of top quality centre-backs in the Premier League at the moment, the Dutchman's performances at the heart of the Southampton defence have caught the attention of some other clubs in the division. Ex-Saints boss Ronald Koeman is currently in charge at Goodison Park and with Ashley Williams and Phil Jagielka both the wrong side of 30 now,
Adrien Silva - Sporting Lisbon to Leicester City
Adrien Silva almost moved to the King Power Stadium in the summer and was reportedly very interested in a move before the Foxes' bid was rejected. If the midfielder is still keen, then Claudio Ranieri may make a return for the 27 year old again as his side look to avoid relegation following a poor start to their defence of the Premier League trophy.
