Arsenal vs West Brom Monday Night Football team news. The Gunners will be without the injured Danny Welbeck but are hoping that Mesut Ozil can make his return from a knee injury after missing the last three matches.

Danny Welbeck will miss the next month for the Gunners after picking up a groin injury in training this week and he joins a handful of Arsenal players already in the treatment room including Francis Coquelin and Santi Cazorla along with defender Callum Chambers, who has suffered a setback on his recurring hip injury.

Encouragingly for Arsene Wenger however, he is likely to welcome Mesut Ozil back into contention for this one after the German midfielder missed the last three matches with a knee injury and Theo Walcott should be available for selection despite being forced off with a knock in the midweek EFL Cup win over Doncaster Rovers.

West Brom's Gareth Barry is set to start in tonight's match and break the Premier League appearance record in the process. The former Aston Villa and Manchester City man will play his 633rd game in the competition and thus overtake Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs in the appearance charts and write his name into the history books.

Jake Livermore is expected to return from his extended break and be involved in the matchday squad whilst Chris Brunt, Nacer Chadli and Oliver Burke will all be assessed.

Here are our predicted line-ups for tonight's game:
