Malaga vs. Valencia predictions for Saturday’s Primera clash at Estadio La Rosaleda. Los Che travel on a tough away day hoping to bag any points on build on their mid-table spot. Read on for all our free predictions and betting tips.

Valencia travel on a tough away day at Malaga looking for points to build on their mid-table spot and extend their four-match unbeaten streak, which we’ll now back with a Double chance – Valencia to win or Draw at 7/10 with William Hill

Los Che come into the match after holding Sevilla to a goalless draw in front of the home fans last week, which has made it a draw and three wins in their last four games played. They’ve beaten Deportivo La Coruna (3-0), Celta de Vigo (3-2), and Granada (1-3) with an impressive form up front and we’ll now stick our necks out to continue their great streak at La Rosaleda.

Malaga have proven to be a tough away day for many sides and reinstated that with a 2-0 win over Barcelona in their last outing there. However, this has been their only win there in the last four matches since late February, and it’s hard seeing them build on it as they now come after a 2-0 loss at struggling Deportivo La Coruna.

They have been regularly bagging goals but struggled at the back and we’ve seen just that back on track in A Coruna, which will be a worrying fact for the home fans ahead of the fixture. Valencia come in red-hot form despite their closed display against Sevilla and seeing them bag nine goals in three matches beforehand does give evidence we should be in for another high-scoring clash here. We’ll thus go for Over 2.5 goals FT at 17/20 with bet365, which would be fourth such occasion in last six of Malaga’s home matches.

Malaga vs. Valencia Stats

Valencia have much better head-to-head records as they’ve been able to earn 19 wins and 8 draws in 31 games, with just four losses in the process. They’ve snatched all three points on their last trip to this ground back in March 2016 (1-2), and being held to a 2-2 draw earlier this term this seems a perfect chance to take revenge.

We’ll thus go for a 1-2 away win in the correct score market as it seems the best value in the market at this point, coming at an eye-catching 10/1 with BetVictor.
