Burnley are hoping that their home form can help them to Premier League safety this season. The Clarets have performed above and beyond expectations on home soil, picking up wins over the likes of Liverpool, Watford and Everton and they have picked up three consecutive victories in front of their own supporters in league fixtures.
Away from home, the Clarets have struggled massively however and a lack of points from away games could be their downfall this season as they've picked up just one point from an available 27 on the road so far this term. Thankfully for Sean Dyche and his side, this particular fixture is a home one, so a win seems more possible at 13/5 with

Southampton are a club receiving praise from all angles at the moment. Despite losing key personnel in the shape of both players and managers in the last few years, the Hampshire side continue to plug on, continue to progress and perhaps most impressively of all, continue to give chances to the bright talent coming through their now revered youth system.
This season, the Saints have been solid if unspectacular so far and they'll have been disappointed to have been eliminated from the Europa League in the group stages. Recent form has been shaky and Puel's men make the long trip north on the back of three consecutive defeats in the Premier League, but they're still favourites here at 6/5 with BetVictor
With the home advantage though, we think Burnley have once again been hugely under-estimated by the bookmakers. We've tipped them to win against the odds at Turf Moor on several occasions this season and when you take into account the fact that Southampton have looked a little shaky in their last three games, we can't resist backing the home win here.
We do however, fancy the Saints to get on the scoresheet. The possess plenty of quality attacking players and the Clarets have managed only one clean sheet in their last ten Premier League games. The visitors may find the net, but we still fancy them to go home empty-handed. The home win and BTTS bet is priced up at 7/1 with bet365
Andre Gray made a difficult start to life in the Premier League following some off-field controversy earlier in the campaign, but now the ex-Brentford man has found his confidence and shooting boots again. The 25 year old scored a hat-trick in Burnley's last home fixture and scored the winner against Middlesbrough in the game before that so we're on him to score at any time in this game at 11/5 with William Hill
Burnley to win and both teams to score @ 7/1 with bet365
