Barcelona have had another crisis on their hand as they come into the week with a loss at Athletic Bilbao (2-1 on Thursday) and a draw at Villarreal (1-1 on Sunday). They are yet to play the mid-week Copa del Rey return match against Athletic, and playing their fourth match in just nine days they’ll want to return to the winning ways in Primera against Las Palmas, with a win in front of the home crowd backed at 1/12 with Ladbrokes

However, they’ve certainly shown a lack of consistency (even at home) and we can hardly see value in the bet although many consider it buying money for old rope. Barca have won just four of their eight league matches at Camp Nou, dropping points to Atleti (1-1 draw), Malaga (goalless draw), Real Madrid (1-1 draw), and DeportivoAlaves (1-2 loss back in September). They now come into the match struggling for Copa del Rey success against Athletic and on the back of a draw at Villarreal saved by a last-minute equalizer from Leo Messi.

A Yes on Both teams to score could now be the right way to approach the fixture, though, backed at Evens with bet365! Blaugrana have conceded four goals in their last five Primera outings and two more in their Copa del Rey clash last week, so they simply don’t seem as solid at the back. While we do believe they’ll have what it takes to lock all three points here, after all, we don’t feel they’ll be able to keep a clean sheet here either.

Las Palmas don’t have the best records on the road but they’ve netted six goals in their last four away matches and come into the matchup on the back of a win at Atletico Madrid (2-3 earlier this week) which certainly further supports the belief. Los Amarillos have picked up their attacking form recently and they could cause trouble at Camp Nou on the day – so Asian Handicap and Las Palmas to win +2.5 looks a solid bet to get behind at Evens with BetVictor.
